Lynne Armishaw

Lynne Precious was born in Singapore to a British military family in 1954. As a result of her fathers international postings, Lynne lived in 7 countries before the age of 13, and was educated in 5 countries.

Lynne worked in education for 24 years, after graduating from Ardmore (via Papakura High School).  Her experience in primary schools included development and management of teams, curriculum development, Board of Trustees responsibilities. Her vibrant personality and commitment endeared her to staff, the board, students and parents wherever she worked.

Lynne left teaching to set up and run NZ Longevity, a nutritional supplement company, importing and marketing a range of natural health and wellness products, recruiting distributors,, organising seminars and presentations, and producing training resources.

Since selling the wellness business in 2004, Lynne has worked full time in the risk management and lifestyle protein business with Lindsay.  Her primary role is in relationship marketing, growing the business through her passion for people and ever expanding network of friends, contacts and associates.

From November 2006 - November 2008 Lynne was elected President of The Auckland Women's Executive, a dynamic group of business owners and professionals who met for networking, inspiration and training through various events.

Lynne has been happily married since 1980. The Armishaws have two adult sons, David (27) in Sydney, and Jason (24) in Auckland.  Lynne's first grandchild, Jacob, is due in May 2011 and she is can't wait to spend time with him. Her "third child" is the famous Rommell, a lope-eared schnauzer. When not meeting and encouraging others, Lynne enjoys reading,  good movies, walking, swimming and has just bought an exercycle that is getting well used. Travel and international cross-cultural connections are special interests.
